Most residential railing, gate and stair work is within about 30 minutes of our Kenmore shop, but we travel farther for the right project. Commercial and industrial work has an even wider service area — and we're working toward expanding into the Portland metro area. Not sure if we cover you? Ask about your projectIt depends on length, style and finish more than anything else. A simple powder-coated handrail for a few exterior steps is a very different job from a two-story box-picket stair railing. We don't publish a price list because every house is different — but we do give a written quote after we measure, and that number doesn't move.

Most residential railings are measured, fabricated in our Kenmore shop and installed within a few weeks of a signed quote. Install itself is typically one day, because everything is built and finished before it arrives at your house.
Yes. We handle residential railing, gate and stair work across the Eastside and North Seattle — Kenmore, Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Lake Forest Park, Shoreline, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mill Creek and Seattle. Commercial and industrial jobs travel further.
Powder-coated steel is the workhorse: strongest, most styles, and it holds up to Northwest rain when it's finished properly. Aluminum is lighter and never rusts, which makes it a favorite for gates and coastal decks. Cable rail keeps the view but needs re-tensioning over time. We'll tell you which one fits your house and your budget on the call.
Yes. Guardrails are built to code height and spacing, handrails are graspable and returned, and our welding is certified for structural steel by the Washington Association of Building Officials. Builders use us specifically because inspections aren't a problem.
All the time. We can work from your drawings or produce our own, hit your schedule, and stay out of the way of the other trades. Ask about repeat-project pricing.
Usually. Powder coat comes in any standard RAL color, and we regularly match existing gates, window frames and trim. Bring a photo of what you're matching to the site visit.
Yes — sanitary stainless piping, food-contact equipment repair and modification, conveyors, laser-cut parts and structural weldments. Same shop, same welder, same standards as the railings.
No problem — reach out anyway. Most of our residential work is within about 30 minutes of our Kenmore shop, but that's our typical service area, not a hard boundary. For the right project, we're happy to travel farther.
We regularly consider projects throughout the greater Seattle area, and commercial or industrial work can take us even farther. We're also working toward expanding our service into the Portland metro area.
